		<description>This is the first recipe I cooked in my Chamba clay pot roaster. Even though I forgot to put the rice in, it was delicious! The meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. I think I cooked it awhile longer than the recipe suggested too.

It was like a hearty beef stew meets vegetable soup. I'm going to cook it again!</description>
